About Young Authors Publishing

Founded in 2018, Young Authors Publishing is a children’s and young adult book publisher that shares diverse narratives written by diverse young authors. With over 30 children’s and young adult titles, Young Authors takes pride in helping to redefine the literary landscape by giving young voices the space and resources to share their own stories using their own pens.

Our titles are distributed through Ingram Content Group, the largest book distributor in the county.

Founder & CEO Leah Hernandez received a grant from Atlanta Housing Authority to create a community initiative. Leah used it to help four young girls write a book. On May 8, 2018, YAP published our first book, Roxie's Day in Vine City
Received global distribution with Ingram Content Group, the largest book distributor in the US
Writing Curriculum was published to help students across the nation write & publish their own books
